too much for a year (KD 630/-) with no swimming pool ,only classes and machines which alot for a small gym.

i can get a first class gym like flex or champions for a 360kd per year !
ang they have a very larg pool btw

I thought “finally a decent ladies gym”… until I saw the picture of the girl on the bike. Jeans and sandals!? Not professional AT ALL.
I believe in gyms with dress codes about proper fitness attire.
That’s one aspect ofcourse. But I can’t take a gym that’s selling that look for workout out seriously. A pretty building does not mean professionalism or that they know what they’re doing- which is the problem with ladies gyms here.

They always have AC problems plus thier classes standard went down after they hired Egyptians trainers and semi pro trainers from the philipins
My one and only gym pilates and more it’s an international gym with decent machines and pool = 480 kd per year + gr8 classes such as wieght lose yoga and zumba classes

I went there today to check the place and i loved the place .. They have a small place with limited seats .. The lady explained that when i register i can come to all the classes i want everyday and with no limits !! They have nutritionist and classes which are sooooo much fun i’ve personally never seen them in other gyms!! Loved the place but i’m joining after ramadhan enshallah
