This is an official note from Alsayer Marketing Group.
Alsayer prides itself for being honest with the customers. We would offically confirm that what we sell to our customers is purely sourced from Toyota Japan. If our customers wants additional accessories, we have our own installation center and we don’t need to deal with any other company.
The fact that some Toyota’s are parked some where proves nothing. if you want to ensure we are telling the truth, the Screen that comes from Toyota is different from the one installed in the market in Kuwait, the leather quality that comes from Toyota is far better than anything installed here.
Anyone can simply compare.

My brother bought a 2010 car from al sayer and the extra accessories were installed in kuwait, the wood he ordered from them made him wait a whole week to be installed at “EHSAN” which the salesman told my brother about. It is already well known in the market that toyota are doing this thing ages ago, and sorry al sayer marketers your point was very weak telling us about the screen. Quality assurance teams from toyota headquarter office would take some actions regarding this issue if it was reached to them to fight against toyota having a bad repuatation after all these years of history due to “al-sayer” group wanting to maximize profits and minimize cost and toyota’s reputation pay the bills.

If you ask them they will tell you they are after market parts, but if you dont ask they will not tell you voluntarily. Secondly why would a toyota dealer have cars in their showroom with aftermarket parts rather than genuine parts !!! especially since all al-sayer does is advertise how important it is to use genuine toyota spare parts !!!! Their response = Fail
First of all, the whole subject started off wrong from the beginning. I have purchased from Al-Sayer several times and so have many of my friends and family. I have witnessed people complaining about the lack of options in the base models (i.e. Landcruiser, Prado, Camry) and how they want to have the “Leather” or “TV” same as the full loaded higher end model which comes standard and direct from the factory and which they cant afford in the first place. The sales people make it “very clear” that they could offer these options for the customers but it is done “in house” when the cars arrive from the factory and then they will install them here in Kuwait. They only started doing this a few years back because alot of customers could not afford to buy the fully loaded vehicle but wanted similar options available to them. So Al-Sayer did the best they could to offer them alternative options to please the customers.
