Here is a list of what I like and currently have of applications and games that I recommend.
My top applications for iPhone
- IM+ for your tweeting and MSN Messenger needs.
- Ping! the BBM killer :p
- a2z pro conversion .. convert almost anything to anything 
- Sygic ME for your GPS needs.
- Skype .. do I need to exlpain? it just works super fine over 3G!
- En2Ar .. English to Arabic dictionary.
- Google Mobile App.. amazing!!!!
- Flight Tracker Pro.. a nice app for tracking flights departure and arrival times in addition to track flights on maps that are currently en route!

i have an iphone 3gs locked at v 3.1 is it unlockable?
does the skype work on the wifi or gprs in the iphone 3gs?

NAserm : Yea you can but u should Downgrade to V 3.0 and Jailbreak it thats all
Amu : skype works with wifi but u can use with 3g ( u should have app “3g unrestrector” )

naserm: yes it is unlockable now, as KaZmo said.
Amu: by default it works with only WiFi, but as KaZmo said if you jailbreak the iPhone and do some trick (as mentioned by KaZmo the 3g unrestrector app), it will work with BOTH

ok calling..sms..mms features are sooo below bar and some options just been added with 3.0 which were available 4 years ago with other mobiles..whats up with that!!??
US mobile market are sooo stupid as they have no idea in how to make a true mobile device.

Pow WoW .. true .. when first they introduced the iPhone back in 2007 .. I thought I would be stupid to buy it, specially that it didnt even have a copy/paste function! also when they introduced the 3G in 2008 still I was convinced about it, but now with the new 3.0 and 3Gs I think that makes it a PHONE. I mean what do you need in a PHONE? dial and hangup SMS MMS thats all in there. u said iPod Touch is great which the iPhone is, so I dont need to argue more
