DAY 4 CANNES and nieghbouring AREAS
Day 4. Shopping in the main road in Cannes, this time i got a lot of cool stuff from bags to shoes to dresses, it was like i was getting a work out, so i sat down in this cozy yet very busy cafe by coincidence, it was the best cafe I’ve went to since i came to France it’s called Volupte Anytime. Even tough they only served sandwiches, it was excellent i asked for the mozzarella and tomato in case you were wondering, they also had desserts, i ordered the chocolate cake that’s what they called it but it looked like a piece of heaven on a plate to me, (by now I’m sure you know i have a weakness for chocolate) anyway i had two of these cakes ALONE i was so greedy because it was sooooooooooooo good i didn’t let anyone share a bite with me. They ordered a raspberry thing i didn’t like it that much. I ended the meal with Moroccan tea how can i say this i drank the whole tea pot. The tea was sweet without me adding any sugar to it they also filled the cup with raw pine nuts ( i guess this is the way they drink it in morocco) i know it sounds wiered but you should taste it if you ever got to go there.
It was about 6 P.M. and the shops around Cannes started to close, we all went back to the hotel to freshen up for our night out. We went to this amusement park in NICE which was about 20 min away from Cannes. ANTIBES LAND that’s the name of the park, we got there it wasn’t big it looked like a small carnival. they had games for kids and adults so you’ll enjoy it there as for me yup you guessed it i headed for the candy apple and sweet stuff i can never get enough. THEY had slush and it was all the colors and flavors of a rainbow. See for your self in the pictures bellow.
Final stop for the night a great place if your a night owl, it’s about ten min from Antibes, this place has cafes and resturants and other activities open till 3. AM they also have small markets at the sea side selling fantastic stuff like earrings and necklaces. there are also artist doing their thing , this place is full of life especially on a SUNDAY. i forgot the name but I’ll update you as soon as i get it. There were two places that stood out to me, one was an ice cream shop (PINOCCHIO)they shaped their ice creams like flowers and a crepe shop (GRAND MARNIER) my aunt tasted the nutella crepe she said it was the best she ever had, too bad i was full and couldn’t eat a bite.

MY GOD!!! I wana go to Cannes! i miss it!!! i miss antibes and the food they have !!! they have the best waffels and the apple candy…EVERYTHING!
